ANY STREET KITCHEN takes on the original way of simply tossing a raw hunk of something into the flames and watching it sizzle. For over two million years of human history, cooking over an open fire was the only way to prepare a meal and we are still doing it from our mobile food truck.

 

Sourcing the best local farm produce and preparing it in a sustainable way, whoever comes to us will never go hungry. We are the artisan open fire cooking specialists for any remote location. Delivering smoke style BBQ, wood fired baking and open pit rotisserie chicken.
